A flat and beautiful 100-acre island in the Casco Bay, Little Chebeague Island features short and easy trails totaling 1.2 miles along shores and through forests. With beaches, coves, and sandbars to explore, what is most interesting when adventuring around the island are the many old structures found. From firefighter training towers to old cottage vacation homes, there is a lot of history left behind on this now uninhabited bit of land. Overnight camping is available. It can be accessed by boat or via a sand bar during low tide that connects to Great Chebeague Island.
