Bickford Slides Details
Though most likely not a "slide" that anyone wants to attempt a whirl on, The Bickford Slides are worth visiting to photograph and swim. Created by the sandwiching of Bickford Brook between Sugarloaf and Blueberry Mountain, the slides consist of three parts, all ranging in size as they make their way down the slopes. Stretching from 20 to 50 feet in length, multiple trail systems along the way lead guests to picturesque overlooks and swimming holes within the forest. Though outstandingly beautiful, be wary of which holes are worth swimming in and which may be dangerous due to rapidly swirling water.
