Right next to the mouth of West Penobscot Bay, this is a great little spot to get out and stretch some legs after a long road trip to mid-coast or before heading onwards. From the sand and rocky shores, visitors will find views of the stunning Gulf of Maine, Vinalhaven and North Haven, and Dix Island Harbor.
