Little Jackson Mountain Details
A 3.7-mile moderate out-and-back hike. Little Jackson Mountain is part of a series of peaks making up the popular Tumbledown Public Lands. As a picturesque higher elevation pond surrounded by sweeping mountain views, the area is extremely popular and by no means remote. With the mountain tops being mostly bare and rocky except for small gnarled spruce trees and wildflowers, the panoramas here are spectacular.
