A 38.6-mile moderate loop trail located in Grafton Notch State Park. Right in the middle of Maine's mountainous region lies Grafton Notch, a well-known pass in the Mahoosuc range with a multitude of trail systems, including the Grafton Loop Trail. As a lengthy loop trail, the route takes hikers along the peaks of the Mahoosuc Range overlooking Bear River Valley and the pass, and along a portion of the Appalachian Trail. Whether you are hiking the "AT" or simply visiting, this route isn't meant for inexperienced hikers.
