Lamoine Beach is a popular spot to relax and swim. From the beach, visitors have spectacular views of the surrounding Mount Desert Island, Acadia National Park, as well as the well-known Cadillac Mountain. There are some picnic facilities and a boat ramp available. Lamoine State Park is on the eastern side of the beach and offers camping and additional picnicking options.
