A 124-acres preserve on Maquoit Bay owned by the Town of Brunswick and managed by the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust. The preserve is mainly wooded with a 1-mile loop trail that provides access to the shoreline. There are open views of Maquoit Bay and the preserve is popular for nature walks, swimming at Rocky Point during high tide, and cross-country skiing. When the property was preserved in 2007, it was the largest underdeveloped area along Brunswick's shoreline.
