This a town-owned docks and small ramp is hidden on the western side of Cousins Island, and the end of a quiet dirt road. This is a popular mooring location for locals, but an even more popular spot to watch the sunset over Casco Bay. There is limited parking so you want to arrive early during the busy summer months. Paddlers can harry-hand from the small beach located here. During hot summer days, this becomes a popular local swimming hole. Facilities: Restrooms, Floating Dock, Hand-carry Boat Launch, Parking
