A busy town marina which has a small parking lot, access to a small beach, a half-tide ramp, and a floating dock. A popular place for people to come and enjoy their morning coffee, this point looks out into the Falmouth mooring area and a seemingly endless number of boats during the summer months. Parking is restricted to town residents, however there are three parking spots on the left side of the road as your head down the hill to the landing that are available for anyone.
