This tiny park is located on the shore of Portland Harbor, next to the Ocean Gateway International Ferry and Cruise Terminal. This is an excellent place to have a quiet moment after navigating the tourists and locals on Commercial Street in Portland. The park itself is actually an art installation created by Mags Harries and Lajos Heder, which celebrates the "moon tide" - the monthly highest tide. The boulders are capped with aluminum leaf, marking the point that water reaches during the highest moon tide. When the tide comes in, only the silver tops of the boulders are seen above the water.
