This 8.8-acre city park offers sweeping views of the busy Portland Harbor, Portland skyline, and access to the Bug Light (also known as Portland Breakwater Light). It was built on a former World War II shipbuilding facility and includes a memorial to Liberty Ships that were built here and a small museum. This is an excellent spot to relax and enjoy the views. It is also a very popular kite-flying location due to the seemingly constant ocean breeze. Facilities: Picnic Area, Restrooms, Trailered Boat Launch, Parking
