Wells Beach Details
A mile-long stretch of sandy beach which is bordered by numerous vacation homes. There is plenty of space to relax for the day, especially during the low-tide periods. There is a stone jetty located on the north section of the beach, which is a popular walking destination, as well as a popular fishing spot especially when the stripers are running. There a several shops, restaurants, and an arcade located in the southern section of the beach. Paid parking and restrooms are available at both the southern section of the beach, as well as the northern section by the jetty. Facilities: Restrooms, Parking

Lifeguards are available during the summer hours and there is a small metered parking lot close by with restrooms. However, when high tide occurs, the beach disappears under the ocean so you need to plan accordingly!
