Rangeley Lake State Park Details

Rangeley Lake stretches a total of nine miles through the western mountains of Maine. The forest here is strewn with hiking and riding trails where visitors often come to watch the wildlife and take in the views of Saddleback Mountain, Maine's third-largest ski resort. ATV and snowmobiling are popular here in the winter months, as is fishing in the summer, with prized landlocked salmon and trout being the main catch.
