A 21.5-mile network of easy-to-advanced hikes. At 730 acres, Bradbury Mountain State Park is one of the most popular in Maine, even in the winter. First established in the 1940s, the park is named after it's main geological feature, a 500-foot high granite peak, Bradbury Mountain. Though not very tall, the exposed top allows for panoramic views of the landscape. Here, visitors come to birdwatch and enjoy the scenery and trails via foot, horseback, bike, and snowmobile, and to experience the annual hawk migration.
