Eagle Lake Trail Details

This is a great family or group hike that circumnavigates the southwest side of beautiful Eagle Lake. The smooth, well-graded trail offers a good glimpse of the Park's varied terrain and ecosystems, from marshes to mixed hardwood and coniferous forests, to the lake itself. Eagle Lake is closed to swimmers, but visitors can still enjoy the loon, osprey, and turtle sightings along its banks and relish the cool breeze off the water. Trailhead: from carriage road junction # 7.
