Hidden Canyon Trail Details

After following the east wall of Zion Canyon for a while, this trail begins to weave in and out of a small canyon with a number of sheer, exposed points, before entering the narrow Hidden Canyon. The trail can be very steep, particularly before entering the canyon, and also very exposed, although the segment on the canyon floor is shaded and level. Hidden Canyon is actually a small ravine between Cable Mountain and the Great White Throne, the sandstone walls of which tower hundreds of feet over the canyon's floor.
