Activities

Visit during the late-spring, summer, and early-fall, and ride your bike as much as you please! If you're visiting the park between May and October, hop on your bike and ride any - or all! - of the more than 190 kilometers (118 miles) of bike trails and roads that traverse the park. Trail guides and cycling maps are available ([Lake Louise](http://www.pc.gc.ca/eng/pn-np/ab/banff/visit/~/media/pn-np/ab/banff/visit/brochures/brochures-2013-pdf/LL%20BIKING%20high%20RES.ashx) and [Banff](http://www.pc.gc.ca/eng/pn-np/ab/banff/visit/~/media/pn-np/ab/banff/visit/brochures/2016-brochures-pdf/2016-cyclisme-biking-banff_EN.ashx)), and be sure to follow the park's rules and regulations to make the most of your ride: be bear aware; ride on designated trails; avoid riding during extreme conditions; help preserve the trails' quality; know your limits; yield to other riders; and, of course, leave no trace.
