Kelly River Details

Kelly River is a river in Noatak National Preserve as well as a seasonal ranger post. The river itself flows from north to south through the preserve before joining the Noatak River north of the town of Noatak. The ranger post is staffed based on weather, but at the widest window can be from May through September.
