Daisy Farm Details
Located near the Moskey Basin portion of Rock Harbor, roughly across from the Rock Harbor lighthouse, this is one of the larger campgrounds in the park. There are six individual tent platform sites (for groups of six and under), 16 shelters (for groups of six and under) and three group tent sites (for groups of seven to ten people). There is a dock here as well, open for overnight use, with around nine inches of water under normal conditions. Use of on-board generators is not permitted. Open fires are also not permitted-- self-contained cooking stoves only. There is outhouse here, as well as potable water. Group sites are reservation only. "Small group" individual tent sites and shelters are first come first served. All overnight visitors have to obtain a permit and pay daily $4 park usage fees, both of which can be done online or in person at any of the visitor centers. Maximum stay from June through Labor Day is three days. Follow Leave No Trace principles and carry out all waste.
