Ranger-Led Programs

Visitors to Pinnacles will enjoy scheduled ranger-led walks and talks. Programs take place both during the day and in the evening. In fact, "Find Your Park in the Dark" is touted as Pinnacles' most memorable experience. The nighttime hike, which exposes guests to the nocturnal world of owls, bats and caves, is offered on the first Saturday of the month from August through September as well as every other Saturday from January through April. In addition to guided hikes, other ranger-led activities include bird walks and campfire talks. Teachers can schedule ranger-led field trips for their students.
