In the summer, the center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., while during the fall, winter, and spring, the hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Arriving within these hours to secure a permit is essential, as permits cannot be reserved in advance or issued after the center is closed.
