Very little is known about the "Schooner Wreck," a.k.a. the 19th Century Wooden Sailing Vessel, which lies just 15 feet below the water's surface in Biscayne National Park, near Ajax Reef. In fact, all snorkelers and divers will find are two piles of rubble from a ship that met her fate more than 100 years ago. The Schooner Wreck is part of the Biscayne National Park Maritime Heritage Trail.
